Position Title: Marketing & Sales Specialist – Solar Energy (Female Only)
Reports To: Project Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
Project: Solar Panel Project
Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: Duhok
Job Purpose
The Marketing & Sales Specialist will support BIM’s Solar Panel Project by promoting solar energy products, engaging customers, and increasing sales. She will handle marketing activities, field outreach, and customer communication to expand our renewable energy services across the Kurdistan Region.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Engagement
- Approach and engage potential residential and commercial customers.
- Explain solar system benefits, requirements, and basic technical details (with support from the engineer).
- Prepare sales quotations and follow up with clients until closing the deal.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and meet monthly sales targets.
Marketing & Promotion
- Distribute brochures, flyers, and promotional materials across targeted areas.
- Plan and support marketing campaigns and social media promotions.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials with the design and engineering teams.
- Collect market information and competitor pricing.
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with the Solar Engineer for accurate technical information.
- Support after-sales customer communication when needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Female candidates only (based on project needs).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing (experience in solar or technical products is an advantage).
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel for field visits within Kurdistan.
- Kurdish and Arabic are required; English is an advantage.
- Valid driving license is required.
