Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government of Iraq, Masrour Barzani: "Thanks to the Runaki project, approximately 4 million citizens and 115,000 businesses in the Kurdistan Region now enjoy uninterrupted electricity service, 24/7. I am pleased to announce that Halabja Governorate is the first governorate in the region to receive uninterrupted electricity.
